Honest and Quick repairs to my lawn sprinkler system.
One of my sprinkler zones wouldn't turn off (another company recently changed out the whole manifold 9 months ago- OC Sprinklers). I went out for a few quotes and had a great conversation with Sean at 562. He offered a 2 year warranty and to check it out that day.
He was a pleasure to deal and fixed the problem within a few hours- it was a valve. His price was extremely reasonable and fair. He was very professional and sent over his 2 year warranty via email before getting started.
I had another company (Luna) also check out the issue, and they said it would be $750 to change out my main line, sprinklers, and other issues that were causing the problem- even though it was actually just a valve.
All that to say that 562 is a welcome change to other companies in the area that are doing shoddy work or inventing problems to charge you more. They stand by their work (with an actual warranty) and don't price gouge like the other companies.
